Addition-cure mold silicone

Hongfeng Haogui Technology produces addition-curing mold silicone, which is food-grade, odorless, has good fluidity, and can cure rapidly and deeply. It vulcanizes and forms through platinum-catalyzed addition reactions without generating byproduct molecules during the process.

Addition-curing mold silicone product packaging:

Small package: 10kg (5kg each for A and B)

Standard package: 50kg (25kg each for A and B)

Large package: 400kg (200kg each for A and B)

Advantages of addition-curing mold silicone 

 1. Mold silicone rubber must have good handling properties

 2. High temperature resistance, high number of demolding cycles, longer service life is better, acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance 

3. Silicone rubber hardness should be suitable for product use 

 4. Silicone rubber should have good tensile strength 

 5. The produced silicone mold must not deform

 6. The lower the shrinkage rate of silicone rubber, the better 

 7. Silicone should have better fluidity and low viscosity for easy operation
